Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery or pick-up availability.

To request a return, email info@onauna.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Return shipping and insurance costs are at your expense.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return and issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free of charge.

You may exchange your item for another piece or choose store credit, sent by email and valid indefinitely.

To request an exchange, email info@onauna.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the item(s) you would like instead. We will send you the next steps.
